The Delta Bridge Project Steering Committee approved the final version of the 2010 Strategic Community Plan at its September meeting.  The new plan builds off of the ambitious 2005 Strategic Plan, which helped leverage more than $74 million of investments in Phillips county projects.

The new Strategic Plan is slated to be printed in the coming weeks, in time for a fourth quarter 2010 release.
